Returns policy

Our products are 100% authenticated branded. We have no refund policy for pre-orders, however, in-stock items that customers buy directly from the website can be exchangeable, if the received item is in a flawed condition, the exchange can be offered after talking to the client.

  • Exchange-only policy: Our policy strictly allows exchanges and not returns. If you wish to exchange a product, it must be in the same condition as received.

  • Exchange Time Frame: Exchanges are only possible within 24 hours of product delivery. You will need to look over the product as soon as possible.

  • Damaged products: In case of product damage or damaged packaging, no return or exchange will be accepted.

  • Payment confirmation: Orders will be confirmed only upon submission of the payment screenshot. So that you know, no reservations will be made without payment.

  • Shipping charges for exchange: Clients are responsible for bearing the shipping charges associated with the exchange of products.

  • No receipts or after-sale service: We do not provide any receipts or after-sale services. Our core service is sourcing and delivering products from international markets to your doorstep.
