Payments & delivery

PAYMENTS: All in-stock orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept various secure payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process. You must transfer the total amount to one of the payment options provided, and kindly share a screenshot once the payment is made. Prices are displayed in the local currency and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Any additional fees, such as shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the checkout.

-In case you would like to pay 50% advance, the remaining will be cash on delivery.-

DELIVERY:

• Processing time: orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Delivery time: our standard delivery time is estimated to be between 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances, although we strive to deliver within the stipulated time frame.

• Delivery address: it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Any errors or omissions may result in delayed delivery, and additional charges may apply for re-routing or re-delivery.

• Delivery confirmation: upon delivery, please ensure that the package is received by an authorized person and in good condition. Any discrepancies or damages should be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
